<p>The remains of 14-year-old Amber Dubois &#119;&#101;&#114;&#101; &#102;&#111;&#117;&#110;&#100; Saturday, four days after the presumed body of the 17-year-old King was discovered in a shallow grave.</p>
<p>King&#8217;s parents issued a statement Monday &#115;&#97;&#121;&#105;&#110;&#103; &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; spoke with Amber&#8217;s family &#97;&#110;&#100; share &#116;&#104;&#101;&#105;&#114; &#8220;indescribable grief.&#8221;</p>
<p>Amber vanished &#108;&#97;&#115;&#116; year while walking to Escondido High School.</p>
<p>King vanished &#108;&#97;&#115;&#116; month after running in a wilderness park about 10 miles away from the site &#119;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; Amber disappeared.</p>

<p>ESCONDIDO, Calif. (AP) — When 17-year-old Chelsea King went missing &#108;&#97;&#115;&#116; month San Diego, Maurice Dubois had a sinking feeling &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#104;&#105;&#115; 14-year-old daughter had fallen victim to the &#115;&#97;&#109;&#101; killer.</p>
<p>Amber Dubois vanished walking to school &#111;&#110; Feb. 13, 2009, about 10 miles from &#119;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; Chelsea was &#108;&#97;&#115;&#116; &#115;&#101;&#101;&#110; in running clothes &#97;&#116; a park. Amber&#8217;s father noted &#116;&#104;&#101;&#105;&#114; similar builds — 5-foot-5, &#116;&#104;&#105;&#110;, blue-eyed.</p>
<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re hoping they&#8217;re &#116;&#119;&#111; separate isolated incidents,&#8221; he &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100; &#108;&#97;&#115;&#116; week. &#8220;In the &#98;&#97;&#99;&#107; of our minds, &#119;&#101; know the possibility &#105;&#115; &#115;&#111; strong &#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; &#105;&#115; a connection.&#8221;</p>
<p>Authorities &#102;&#111;&#117;&#110;&#100; Amber&#8217;s skeletal remains early Saturday in a remote, rugged area of Pala, a small town in the Pala Indian Reservation, &#119;&#104;&#105;&#99;&#104; covers more than 12,000 acres in north San Diego County, &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100; Escondido Police Chief Jim Maher. The county medical examiner&#8217;s office confirmed the remains &#119;&#101;&#114;&#101; Amber&#8217;s through dental records, he &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100;.</p>
<p>Police &#97;&#114;&#101; investigating whether Amber&#8217;s disappearance was linked to Chelsea&#8217;s accused killer, John Albert Gardner III. Maher &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100; a tip led officials to Amber&#8217;s remains, but he didn&#8217;t give &#97;&#110;&#121; &#111;&#116;&#104;&#101;&#114; details or &#97;&#110;&#115;&#119;&#101;&#114; &#113;&#117;&#101;&#115;&#116;&#105;&#111;&#110;&#115; &#100;&#117;&#114;&#105;&#110;&#103; a &#98;&#114;&#105;&#101;&#102; news conference Sunday.</p>
<p>&#8220;This &#105;&#115; an ongoing murder investigation, &#97;&#110;&#100; &#97;&#110;&#121; details, &#110;&#111; matter how slight, &#119;&#111;&#117;&#108;&#100; &#98;&#101; inappropriate to reveal &#97;&#116; &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; point in time,&#8221; he &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100;.</p>
<p>Amber&#8217;s parents, Maurice Dubois &#97;&#110;&#100; Carrie McGonigle, appeared distraught &#97;&#116; &#104;&#105;&#115; side. <p>A candlelight vigil &#102;&#111;&#114; the girl was &#112;&#108;&#97;&#110;&#110;&#101;&#100; Monday evening &#97;&#116; Escondido High School, &#119;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; &#115;&#104;&#101; was enrolled.</p>
<p>Gardner, 30, pleaded not guilty Wednesday to murdering Chelsea &#97;&#110;&#100; raping or attempting to rape her &#97;&#110;&#100; attempting to rape another woman in December, a potential death penalty case.</p>
<p>A spokesman &#102;&#111;&#114; the San Diego County district attorney&#8217;s office, Paul Levikow, declined to comment Sunday &#111;&#110; the investigation into Amber&#8217;s death.</p>
<p>Gardner was registered as a s-ex offender in Escondido, a north San Diego suburb, from January 2008 to January 2010, with some gaps, police say.</p>
<p>He served &#102;&#105;&#118;&#101; years of a six-year prison term &#102;&#111;&#114; molesting a 13-year-old neighbor in San Diego in 2000. He saw her &#97;&#116; a bus stop &#97;&#110;&#100; lured her to &#104;&#105;&#115; home to watch movies. He completed parole in September 2008.</p>
<p>Amber was &#108;&#97;&#115;&#116; &#115;&#101;&#101;&#110; walking with a man about 200 yards from Escondido High School by a woman &#119;&#104;&#111; &#117;&#115;&#101;&#100; to drive her to middle school, &#97;&#99;&#99;&#111;&#114;&#100;&#105;&#110;&#103; to her father. Another neighbor reported &#115;&#101;&#101;&#105;&#110;&#103; her about 300 yards from school. &#115;&#104;&#101; &#110;&#101;&#118;&#101;&#114; appeared &#111;&#110; school surveillance cameras.</p>
<p>Amber, &#119;&#104;&#111; was active in Future Farmers of America, left home with a $200 check to buy a lamb. &#105;&#116; was &#110;&#101;&#118;&#101;&#114; cashed.</p>
<p>There was &#110;&#111; physical evidence recovered, hindering early search efforts, her father &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100;. Calls reporting sightings of the girl &#99;&#97;&#109;&#101; in, but none panned out.</p>
<p>In contrast, physical evidence was quickly recovered when Chelsea went missing, sparking a massive, round-the-clock search. &#116;&#104;&#114;&#101;&#101; days after Chelsea went missing, Gardner was arrested &#111;&#117;&#116;&#115;&#105;&#100;&#101; a Mexican restaurant in Escondido.</p>
<p>Gardner &#105;&#115; &#98;&#101;&#105;&#110;&#103; represented by Michael Popkins, a public defender &#119;&#104;&#111; declined to speak with reporters after Wednesday&#8217;s arraignment. &#110;&#111; one answered the phone &#97;&#116; the public defender&#8217;s office Sunday night.</p>
<p>Chelsea&#8217;s death sparked outrage in her hometown of Poway, a wealthy suburb near Escondido.</p>
<p>A court-appointed psychiatrist, Dr. Matthew Carroll, recommended the maximum sentence allowed under law &#102;&#111;&#114; Gardner in 2000, calling him an &#8220;extremely poor candidate&#8221; &#102;&#111;&#114; treatment &#97;&#110;&#100; a &#8220;continued danger to underage girls in the community.&#8221;</p>
<p>He faced a maximum sentence of nearly 11 years in prison under a plea agreement, but prosecutors urged &#115;&#105;&#120; years. </p>

<p><b>You&#8217;re &#116;&#104;&#101; president &#111;&#102; MB-F: &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#100;&#111;&#101;&#115; your company do?</b></p>
<p>&#8220;We &#97;&#114;&#101; producers and managers &#111;&#102; dog shows. It&#8217;s kinda simple. A &#114;&#97;&#99;&#101; director, &#115;&#97;&#121; like Scott Bassett, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; produce a &#114;&#97;&#99;&#101;. Everybody enters. Entries &#103;&#111; to &#116;&#104;&#101;&#109;. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; set up equipment and &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; do timing. We&#8217;re &#116;&#104;&#101; equivalent &#111;&#102; that &#102;&#111;&#114; dog shows. We do &#97;&#98;&#111;&#117;&#116; a thousand events a year &#97;&#108;&#108; &#111;&#118;&#101;&#114; &#116;&#104;&#101; country and occasionally out &#111;&#102; &#116;&#104;&#101; country. &#97;&#108;&#108; &#111;&#102; &#116;&#104;&#101; people who want to show a dog &#103;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#114;&#111;&#117;&#103;&#104; &#117;&#115; to find out where shows &#97;&#114;&#101;. We process entries, do &#97;&#108;&#108; &#116;&#104;&#101; printing and catalogs, manufacture ribbons, scheduling. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; we send trucks and equipment and people to town to set it up. Here &#97;&#116; Westminster, everything &#121;&#111;&#117; &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; see &#111;&#110; TV, we did. We brought &#97;&#108;&#108; &#116;&#104;&#101; carpet, &#116;&#104;&#101; flowers and signs. Backstage there &#97;&#114;&#101; little platform wooden stalls, and &#101;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#121; dog &#104;&#97;&#115; a spot that&#8217;s numbered and labeled. &#116;&#104;&#101; general public is walking &#116;&#104;&#114;&#111;&#117;&#103;&#104; to see &#116;&#104;&#101; dogs as they&#8217;re groomed, and we stage &#97;&#108;&#108; &#111;&#102; that.&#8221;</p>
<p><b>How many employees do &#121;&#111;&#117; &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101;?</b></p>
<p>&#8220;We &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; 100. &#97;&#98;&#111;&#117;&#116; 75 &#111;&#102; &#116;&#104;&#111;&#115;&#101; &#97;&#114;&#101; &#105;&#110; Greensboro. <p><b>How do &#121;&#111;&#117; &#107;&#110;&#111;&#119; &#119;&#104;&#101;&#110; a show is a success? </b></p>
<p>&#8220;In &#115;&#111;&#109;&#101; ways, if we&#8217;re somewhat invisible, that means there&#8217;s &#110;&#111; problems. &#8230; If we&#8217;ve &#100;&#111;&#110;&#101; &#111;&#117;&#114; job, it&#8217;s like &#121;&#111;&#117; don&#8217;t &#107;&#110;&#111;&#119; we&#8217;re here. It&#8217;s &#116;&#104;&#101; type &#111;&#102; business that if &#121;&#111;&#117; don&#8217;t do &#116;&#104;&#101; job properly, everybody knows. It&#8217;d be like &#116;&#104;&#101; Chicago Marathon, where &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; ran out &#111;&#102; water; everybody knew. &#119;&#104;&#101;&#110; a &#114;&#97;&#99;&#101; &#103;&#111;&#101;&#115; &#111;&#102;&#102;, it &#106;&#117;&#115;&#116; &#104;&#97;&#112;&#112;&#101;&#110;&#115;. There&#8217;s plenty &#111;&#102; water, plenty &#111;&#102; port-o-lets, plenty &#111;&#102; parking, &#116;&#104;&#101; &#114;&#97;&#99;&#101; &#115;&#116;&#97;&#114;&#116;&#101;&#100; &#111;&#110; time, &#121;&#111;&#117; &#103;&#111;&#116; your credentials &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; mail and &#115;&#111; &#111;&#110;. &#111;&#117;&#114; work &#119;&#111;&#117;&#108;&#100; be &#116;&#104;&#101; equivalent &#111;&#102; &#121;&#111;&#117; going &#100;&#111;&#119;&#110; to run a &#114;&#97;&#99;&#101; and everything happened &#116;&#104;&#101; way &#121;&#111;&#117; wanted it to happen.&#8221;</p>
<p><b>Madison Square Garden &#104;&#97;&#115; been &#116;&#104;&#101; home to professional sports teams, a Frazier-Ali fight, national political conventions and concerts. &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; is it like &#102;&#111;&#114; &#121;&#111;&#117; to walk &#105;&#110;&#116;&#111; that building and help &#112;&#117;&#116; &#111;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; &#109;&#111;&#115;&#116; famous dog show &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; world? </b></p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s &#115;&#111; cool. &#111;&#117;&#114; office is right here &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#116;&#104;&#101; Knicks and Rangers locker room. We&#8217;re &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; bowels &#111;&#102; Madison Square Garden. There &#97;&#114;&#101; &#97;&#108;&#108; &#111;&#102; these pictures &#111;&#102; &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#121;&#111;&#117; &#106;&#117;&#115;&#116; said. &#97;&#108;&#108; right there. We&#8217;re occupying that &#115;&#97;&#109;&#101; space. We&#8217;re putting together &#116;&#104;&#101; flowers &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; locker room. I&#8217;m looking &#97;&#116; these lockers, wondering who was hanging their stuff there &#116;&#104;&#101; other night. &#121;&#111;&#117; stand there and think &#97;&#98;&#111;&#117;&#116; &#116;&#104;&#101; history. <p>&#8220;The Mount Mitchell 40-miler (Feb. 27). There&#8217;s &#111;&#110;&#101; hill repeat: 20 miles up and 20 miles &#98;&#97;&#99;&#107; &#100;&#111;&#119;&#110;. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; &#115;&#101;&#110;&#116; a picture &#116;&#104;&#101; other day, and it&#8217;s covered &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; ice and snow. I&#8217;ve &#103;&#111;&#116; Yak Tracks, and I&#8217;ve &#97;&#108;&#114;&#101;&#97;&#100;&#121; experimented &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#116;&#104;&#101;&#109;. &#121;&#111;&#117; &#112;&#117;&#116; &#8216;em &#111;&#110; your feet, and &#104;&#111;&#110;&#101;&#115;&#116;&#108;&#121; &#121;&#111;&#117; &#99;&#97;&#110; run &#105;&#110; solid ice. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; Greensboro (the North Carolina Marathon &#105;&#110; High Point) &#105;&#110; March and Boston &#105;&#110; April.</p>
<p>&#8220;I &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; a goal &#102;&#111;&#114; &#116;&#104;&#101; North Carolina Marathon, to see if I &#99;&#97;&#110; get &#109;&#111;&#115;&#116; improved. I ran 3:36 last year and missed my Boston time &#98;&#121; eight seconds &#8212; only &#98;&#101;&#99;&#97;&#117;&#115;&#101; Charlie (Engle) slowed &#109;&#101; &#100;&#111;&#119;&#110;. &#98;&#117;&#116; that was &#111;&#117;&#114; &#115;&#101;&#99;&#111;&#110;&#100; marathon that day. I&#8217;m only gonna run &#111;&#110;&#99;&#101; this year and see how &#109;&#117;&#99;&#104; faster I &#99;&#97;&#110; be.&#8221;</p>

<p>They have &#97; box for suggestions/feedback &#98;&#121; &#116;&#104;&#101; reception desk. &#104;&#111;&#119;&#101;&#118;&#101;&#114;, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; don&#8217;t bother to &#114;&#101;&#112;&#108;&#121; to what &#109;&#105;&#103;&#104;&#116; &#98;&#101; submitted &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101;. I &#109;&#97;&#100;&#101; &#97; suggestion to re-place existing orange &#111;&#118;&#101;&#114; door shower caddies &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; ladies change room &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#109;&#111;&#114;&#101; substantial ones &#105;&#110; 2009. &#116;&#104;&#101; existing ones are useless, and it &#105;&#115; impossible to &#112;&#108;&#97;&#99;&#101; &#97; shampoo bottle on it. So, &#119;&#101; &#112;&#117;&#116; our toiletries on &#116;&#104;&#101; floor instead. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; are also tipping to &#101;&#105;&#116;&#104;&#101;&#114; side held &#98;&#121; one hook &#111;&#118;&#101;&#114; &#97; door. &#116;&#104;&#101; staff later placed &#116;&#104;&#101; caddies &#111;&#118;&#101;&#114; &#97; shower head that &#105;&#115; &#97;&#115; high &#97;&#115; 6 feet. It &#105;&#115; impossible to reach &#116;&#104;&#101; caddy for some women, and &#119;&#101; still spread &#116;&#104;&#101; shampoo and toiletries on &#116;&#104;&#101; shower floor. &#104;&#111;&#119; pathetic for &#97; multi-million business to &#98;&#101; so cheap!</p>

<p>The &#97;&#110;&#115;&#119;&#101;&#114;, it turns out, is &#106;&#117;&#115;&#116; resting. <p>Brown said he is &#110;&#111;&#116; worried about playoff positioning at the moment, as the Cavs started the week &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#97; five-game lead &#111;&#110; the Magic in the East, three &#111;&#118;&#101;&#114; the Lakers &#102;&#111;&#114; the overall &#110;&#111;. 1 seed. <p>If you answered &#121;&#101;&#115; to any one &#111;&#102; &#116;&#104;&#111;&#115;&#101; &#113;&#117;&#101;&#115;&#116;&#105;&#111;&#110;&#115;, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; the logical &#113;&#117;&#101;&#115;&#116;&#105;&#111;&#110; to ask yourself &#110;&#111;&#119; is how are you going to achieve this workout body and do you &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; &#97; workout &#112;&#108;&#97;&#110; to follow and work with &#105;&#110; order to get ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic? </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t &#116;&#97;&#107;&#101; this the &#119;&#114;&#111;&#110;&#103; &#119;&#97;&#121;. I for one &#97;&#109; the first to admit that I went to the gym for years and &#100;&#105;&#100; workout training on &#97; regular basis with absolutely no workout &#112;&#108;&#97;&#110; and its &#111;&#110;&#108;&#121; been over the last &#102;&#101;&#119; years that I &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; stepped &#117;&#112; my game, got organized and got myself &#97; workout &#112;&#108;&#97;&#110; geared to my goals &#111;&#102; developing &#97; workout body. &#115;&#105;&#110;&#99;&#101; this epiphany, my workout training has &#110;&#101;&#118;&#101;&#114; been &#109;&#111;&#114;&#101; effective &#111;&#114; efficient and I achieve set goals &#105;&#110; weeks rather &#116;&#104;&#97;&#110; &#105;&#110; years &#97;&#115; &#119;&#97;&#115; previously the case. </p>

Its the start &#111;&#102; &#97; fresh new decade and there is no better time &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; &#114;&#105;&#103;&#104;&#116; &#110;&#111;&#119; to start on developing your workout body and get ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic for 2010!</p>

This will form your workout training foundations to success. Building your foundations is the critical first step and you absolutely positively &#110;&#101;&#101;&#100; to get it &#114;&#105;&#103;&#104;&#116;! Bad foundations (i.e. &#104;&#97;&#118;&#105;&#110;&#103; no workout &#112;&#108;&#97;&#110; geared to your goals) will lead to &#101;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#121;&#116;&#104;&#105;&#110;&#103; built on &#116;&#111;&#112; (i.e. your workout training efforts), &#99;&#111;&#109;&#101; crashing &#100;&#111;&#119;&#110; (i.e. not achieving &#97; workout body and not &#103;&#101;&#116;&#116;&#105;&#110;&#103; ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic)!</p>
<p>So how do you avoid this and how do you minimize your risk &#111;&#102; not achieving your goals? Simple, start planning your attack!</p>
<p>First, lets establish your goal. You want to develop &#97; workout body and &#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101;&#102;&#111;&#114;&#101; you want to get ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic. &#109;&#111;&#114;&#101; specifically, you want to &#112;&#117;&#116; on double digit pounds &#111;&#102; muscle, shed 6 to 11% body fat and build &#97; strong and explosive, athletic body! &#110;&#111;&#119; that your goal is set, you &#110;&#101;&#101;&#100; to determine how you are going to do this. Simple, you are first going to &#102;&#105;&#110;&#100; &#97; workout training and nutritional &#112;&#108;&#97;&#110; geared strictly &#116;&#111;&#119;&#97;&#114;&#100;&#115; your goals with &#97; proven track record ensuring the system works!</p>
<p>First, lets choose &#97; workout training strategy to follow. &#97;&#115; &#97; broad overview, I &#112;&#108;&#97;&#99;&#101; workout training into two categories &#111;&#102; which you &#99;&#97;&#110; choose &#102;&#114;&#111;&#109;. You &#99;&#97;&#110; &#99;&#104;&#111;&#115;&#101; &#98;&#101;&#116;&#119;&#101;&#101;&#110; conventional static workout training &#111;&#114; &#110;&#111;&#110; conventional dynamic workout training. I recommend you &#99;&#104;&#111;&#115;&#101; the &#110;&#111;&#110; conventional dynamic workout training and here is my reasoning &#98;&#101;&#104;&#105;&#110;&#100; this recommendation.</p>
<p>Static workout training is &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; I refer to &#97;&#115; the <em><b>never changing workouts that 95% &#111;&#102; people working out &#97;&#116; the gym do &#97;&#108;&#108; the time</b></em>. &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; are the conventional one dimension workouts &#119;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; you work each body &#112;&#97;&#114;&#116; once &#97; week (some body &#112;&#97;&#114;&#116;&#115; get worked out &#116;&#119;&#105;&#99;&#101; but not on &#97; regular basis). You typically do 12 to 15 sets &#112;&#101;&#114; workout with &#97; 2 to 5 minute &#98;&#114;&#101;&#97;&#107; &#105;&#110; &#98;&#101;&#116;&#119;&#101;&#101;&#110; sets. Sets vary &#105;&#110; the 8 to 12 rep range and rep tempo is the typical 1 to 2 seconds &#117;&#112; and &#100;&#111;&#119;&#110; routine. Cardio may &#98;&#101; implemented but is typically on an infrequent basis and &#105;&#102; &#100;&#111;&#110;&#101;, is typically performed with &#97; &#114;&#117;&#110; on &#97; treadmill &#97;&#116; an even pace for 15 to 30 minutes. </p>
<p>Think about the description I &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; just presented to you. The &#110;&#101;&#120;&#116; time you are &#105;&#110; the gym,&#116;&#97;&#107;&#101; &#97; look around and see how many people are &#100;&#111;&#105;&#110;&#103; this type &#111;&#102; workout training program and note &#116;&#104;&#101;&#105;&#114; physical characteristics (not judging people here, just observing for learning purposes). Are &#116;&#104;&#101;&#115;&#101; people ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic looking? Muscular and powerful &#105;&#110; the sense &#111;&#102; big and bulky? &#112;&#101;&#114;&#104;&#97;&#112;&#115;, however are &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; ripped and athletic looking? Not typically, &#97;&#115; this type &#111;&#102; workout training is heavily geared &#116;&#111;&#119;&#97;&#114;&#100;&#115; the big bulky body building look. </p>
<p>Now fellas, lets face it. The bulky steroid look is long past its prime. Just &#116;&#97;&#107;&#101; &#97; look &#97;&#116; 90% &#111;&#102; the fitness and pop culture magazines on issue today and you will see images &#111;&#102; men and women with toned, sculpted, athletic bodies gracing almost &#101;&#118;&#101;&#114;&#121; page. &#105;&#102; that doesn&#8217;t convince you, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#110; ask some &#111;&#102; ladies &#119;&#104;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; &#102;&#105;&#110;&#100; &#109;&#111;&#114;&#101; appealing: Brad Pitt &#111;&#114; Jay Cutler (Mr. Olympia 2009 for &#116;&#104;&#111;&#115;&#101; not familiar). So &#105;&#102; &#97; ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic look is &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; you are after, workout training strategy 1 is NOT the ideal strategy you want to follow &#105;&#110; order to achieve your workout body. Plain and simple, it &#100;&#111;&#101;&#115; NOT &#104;&#97;&#118;&#101; &#97; proven track record to get you . That being &#115;&#97;&#105;&#100;, lets &#110;&#111;&#119; look &#97;&#116; workout training strategy number 2 witch is heavily geared toward developing &#97; ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic body.</p>

This type &#111;&#102; workout training strategy is going to catch fire this year and I believe will &#98;&#101; the new &#119;&#97;&#121; to workout (get on it &#110;&#111;&#119; so you &#99;&#97;&#110; consider yourself &#97; pioneer!) &#97;&#115; it builds and develops &#97; workout body that not &#111;&#110;&#108;&#121; &#108;&#111;&#111;&#107;&#115; ripped, muscular, powerful and athletic, but also develops athletic functionality (i.e. &#105;&#102; you train like this, your performance &#105;&#110; sporting activities will increase &#97;&#115; well). Not &#111;&#110;&#108;&#121; do &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; return maximum results for your workout training efforts, &#116;&#104;&#101;&#121; are also &#102;&#117;&#108;&#108; &#111;&#102; variety and constantly changing (hence &#100;&#101;&#115;&#99;&#114;&#105;&#98;&#101;&#100; with the word &#8220;dynamic&#8221;) and &#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101;&#102;&#111;&#114;&#101; remain fresh and new so you &#97;&#108;&#119;&#97;&#121;&#115; remain challenged and &#110;&#101;&#118;&#101;&#114; get bored &#111;&#102; your workout training! </p>
<p>So &#119;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#109;&#97;&#107;&#101;&#115; dynamic workout training so effective?
<p>Well, dynamic workout training is structured &#105;&#110; &#97; &#119;&#97;&#121; &#119;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101; it moves &#105;&#110; and out &#111;&#102; circuit training phases and &#110;&#111;&#110; circuit training phases. &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104;&#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#111;&#115;&#101; phases, the number &#111;&#102; sets, reps and tempo vary constantly. Maximum muscle is built &#119;&#104;&#101;&#110; your body is subjected to unfamiliar workout routines (when your body &#98;&#101;&#103;&#105;&#110;&#115; to get used to &#97; workout routine, your positive results diminish exponentially), and &#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;&#101;&#102;&#111;&#114;&#101; this dynamic (constantly changing) workout training strategy is the &#109;&#111;&#115;&#116; effective and efficient &#119;&#97;&#121; to build muscle.
